Londinium Capital Partners is a private equity limited partnership fund operating in Hong Kong and London.
We work with the Limited Partnership fund, a new and unique structure in Hong Kong that allows us to capitalise on the strategic plans we offer our clients. We’ve taken this concept, combined with our experienced team, to deliver unique real estate opportunities.
We target distressed assets and bulk purchase from FTSE 100 developers that offer a market discount and fit our corporate model. We also raise funds for our development opportunities, where we see strong capital and economic growth.
